My methodology is more constructivist than anything else but, with all things, there is a bit of an eclectic nature. First I find where the learner is and how much they understand now. Then, I look back to see what brought them to be where they are. Finally, we discuss what the goal is. From there, we develop a plan of learning.

Cancellation needs to be at least a day in advance. There is no charge when this is made. When cancellation is not made in time. I need to charge for the time I will have lost that could have gone to working with someone else.
