About Lewis
I’m Lewis Paris, a Confidence Coach and Human Performance Advisor helping ambitious individuals build self-mastery through discipline, structure, emotional control and action.
My journey hasn’t been linear. After my football dreams ended due to injury, I went through periods of feeling lost, lacking direction and questioning who I was becoming. Those experiences pushed me into the world of fitness, performance, mindset and coaching - where I found my purpose helping others rebuild themselves from the inside out.
Over the years, I’ve built a six-figure wellness business, delivered thousands of coaching hours, contributed to a book as a Longevity Strategist, worked in elite environments including Red Bull Racing, and supported individuals & athletes across health, confidence, performance and personal development.
But everything I teach comes from lived experience, not theory. I know what it feels like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, inconsistent and disconnected from your potential - and I also know what it takes to change.
Through my philosophy & guidebooks (The Unstoppable System), private coaching and my podcast. I help people create structure, raise their standards, rebuild confidence and take control of their life.
My philosophy is simple: confidence isn’t something you wait to feel - it’s built through action, consistency and proof.
