If you encounter a problem with a student, report it to us as follows:
- Go to your messages
- Search for the student's name in the menu on the left
- Click on the ellipsis (…) next to their name
- Click on "Signal a problem”
- Select the reason
Your report will then be sent to us, and we will investigate and come back to you as soon as possible.
