About Bart
For over 18 years, fitness has been more than a routine for me—it’s been my life’s passion. I began as a teenage bodybuilder and later competed in bench pressing, driven by a hunger to look strong and powerful. Over time, that drive evolved into something deeper: the pursuit of feeling good, moving well, and building long-term health. Throughout this journey, I’ve helped friends and clients shed fat, build muscle, and overcome the mental and physical barriers that once stood in their way. Seeing them unlock new levels of confidence and strength is what fuels me every day. Now, I’m here to do the same for you. Whether you’re chasing a transformation, aiming to boost your strength, or simply want to feel your absolute best—I’ll guide you every step of the way and help you reach the next level of your fitness journey.
