Hello, I am a student at Loughborough University studying Bioengineering. I teach GCSE maths and have taught this for 1 year at home. I have A-Level qualifications in Maths, Biology and Physics.

About Swagato
I am studying Bioengineering at Loughborough University and as a former student and tutee, I understand how impactful it is to be taught outside of school in an environment that is tailored to the individual.
I also coached cricket and fitness for three years which has given me experience in working with a variety of students.
Furthermore, I have taught Maths GCSE to students allowing me to teach students in a more focused setting.

My students have predominantly been Year 9 or 10 students around 14-16 years old. My lessons typically run for 30-45 minutes for students who are leading up to their GCSEs.
I teach by encouraging the student to come to me with anything they are finding difficult, I like to look at their approach to the problem and give my own step-by-step method as a comparison. In addition, I will give them similar questions to work through in the class where they can lead me through their thought process and I can give advice with steps I think they could improve upon to make the question easier to answer for exams. I also aim to help with exam technique.
