About Ruri

Hi, my name is Ruri who is from Japan and living in Australia for the last 8 years! I work as a palliative nurse in a hospice as well as a well-being supporter for health care professionals (teaching yoga and guiding meditation). Supporting people in a holistic & mindful way has been my passion! Learning about mindful techniques helps your life enormously, and it would be my pleasure to share that with you - either making your dream come true / making your hectic or stressful life a little easier! Please contact me if you would like to learn yoga, mindfulness, meditation. If you are also seeking support for your grief, I will be there for you. About the lesson

Personalized lesson :) For 30 minutes to 1 hour. Hatha yoga, Mindful yoga, relaxing yoga, Zen yoga, and Grief yoga. Guided Meditation can also be combined and we can make a lovely restorative and healing session. I will share my knowledge and skills I learned for the last 10 years in different countries. I obtained YTT 200hr in Rishikesh, India

Perfect! Ruri is a friendly person and at the same very professional in what she is doing, she does the sessions very relaxed and she is always trying to help you in whatever you want to improve/focus. She is also an attentive and caring person (she brought an extra blanket for me!). I definitely feel better after the session, without any doubt, 5/5.

He’s a very lovely, calm and reliable person. He is very keen to learn what he’s receiving a lesson for as well as about the teacher too. He’d ask you questions in a very respectful way.
He’s also very polite but interesting, really easy to communicate and make plans for lessons too.

Perfect! Very patient. I have had trouble with my lower back and neck. Ruri took me through some different stretching exercises and breathing exercises that have really been beneficial. 10 out 10! great teacher
