My lessons are customized for individual student needs following an initial consultation and assessment. From there, I seek to turn language learning and academics into an enjoyable, engaging process through various activities, competitions and goal setting.
I am qualified to teach both primary and secondary, however, specialize in secondary (Gr. 8-12) education and currently work in that setting.
As a tutor, I'm confident I can form rapport and motivate students, particularly those who present as academically disinclined. I am easy going, humorous and kind, all while setting demanding goals for my students to inspire higher academic achievement.
