About Patricia
I graduated from SIUE in 2005 with a 4.0
I was hired as a full time first grade teacher in 2005. I adored all of my students and genuinely loved teaching. However, my husband and I decided after we had our first baby, that I would quit teaching and concentrate on our children. Well, my kiddos are old enough now and I am going to start teaching again. I am very excited for this new journey.

My teaching approach is extremely a “Hands On” approach.I focus on the importance of tailoring myself and the way I teach, in a way that will make every student in my class a successful learner.
Flexibility is a MUST in my opinion, especially in the age of Covid and remote learning. Things are changing, sometimes hourly, and it’s important to me that I take everything as it comes to me and just do what is best for my learners and for myself.
