About Madhav
I am a fourth year medical student at Georgetown University School of Medicine. I am currently applying to radiation oncology for residency training, as I am passionate about cancer care and radiotherapy. Throughout my undergraduate career at Ohio State and medical career at Georgetown, I have achieved great success academically by creating a schedule, remaining accountable, and breaking down difficult concepts into simpler pieces. I also am a strong believer that with the right mentorship and strong work ethic, academic success is attainable.

My teaching method will be to first understand the goals of each student, and then to create a tailored plan with checkpoints to accomplish milestones that will ultimately lead to the goal. During each lesson plan, I will break down concepts in a simple manner and use the teach back method to make sure each Student is learning appropriately. I will also emphasize doing practice questions together so each student can understand how to critically evaluate and answer a question. I feel most comfortable teaching anywhere from a elementary school to high school level.
