About Aman

I’m Aman, a Taekwondo and boxing weight-loss trainer. I follow a unique training approach focused on helping people lose fat while learning real combat skills like Taekwondo and boxing. My program builds strength, stamina, confidence, and discipline, making fitness more engaging, purposeful, and effective than traditional workouts.

About the lesson

This class focuses on fat loss through Taekwondo Boxing training, combining fitness with real skill development. Instead of traditional running or basic workouts, sessions include kicks, punches, movement drills, and conditioning exercises designed to burn calories while building strength, stamina, and agility.
Each class starts with a warm-up, followed by skill training, combination drills, and high-intensity fat-burning exercises, ending with cool-down and recovery.
The training is beginner-friendly and suitable for students, working professionals, and anyone looking to lose weight while gaining confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills.
