About Taylor
Throughout my time in education, I have taught in a range of grades from k-12 as a substitute. As a student teacher, I taught grades 9, 11, and 12. For the past two school years as a full-time classroom teacher, I have taught English for grades 9 and 10. I love what I do, and I do my best to learn about students to make lessons as interesting and engaging as possible.

Throughout my career, no matter the age of the students I am working with, I have ALWAYS found that they work best with their interests tied into what they are doing. I do my best to learn these interests so that I may better personalize my lessons to best engage my students.
My current class load consists of some "college preparatory" classes, so I do specialize in grammar lessons, as well as other lessons to assist in preparation for the ACT and college-level writing; however, I am capable of meeting any student where they are!
