About Madison
As a student, I enjoyed learning so much that I decided to choose a career path that led me back into the school system. Rather than working traditionally as a teacher I decided to be involved in different ways, such as working as a one-on-one para (for students with special needs) and an ASL interpreter. I believe that learning should be exciting and motivating.

I currently work as an ASL Interpreter which requires a lot of one-on-one support with students. I have experience working with children who have IEP plans. I approach my tutoring by beginning to learn more about the student I am working with and what learning style works best for them. I enjoy learning and want to make it enjoyable for others as well! I do this by implementing games and breaks. Aside from this I believe patience is virtue and learning can happen anywhere. I typically assist students ages 3-15.
