Hello! I am a computer science and biomedical sciences student with a strong mathematical foothold. I hold a 3.9 GPA and I can aid in tutoring in math in the subjects of pre-algebra up to calculus 2.

My teaching style will be individualized and tailored to specific tasks. I like to help students work through a similar problem first and then see if they can apply those skills to their coursework. Usually, the first 10 minutes will be devoted to creating a plan for the lesson and making sure that what the student needs to learn can be accomplished within an agreed upon time frame. I also like to end each lesson with a summary and a brief QA session.
I have taken a 1 unit class in individualized tutoring and have 1 year of experience tutoring computer programming. I would like to help students in the k-12 range and college students in subject areas I have already taken a class for.
