My teaching approach, in short, is to gauge what the student knows to build their knowledge. I am one to ask questions about how they would approach a problem while dropping hints along the way, I want them to come up with the solution on their own as I guide them through. If someone is struggling I will do an explanatory step by step if my guidance was inefficient.
