Hello! I am Alana. I specialize in tutoring in Math and Science. At WashU, I completed coursework in Physics 1, Physics 2, Chemistry 1, Chemistry 2, Organic Chemistry 1, Organic Chemistry 2, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Biology 1, Biology 2 and Biochemistry, where I maintained a 3.51 GPA. I also mentored first-years on organizational skills and transitional skills for college. At Franklin High School, I completed Honors coursework and Advanced Placement (AP) coursework in Statistics, Biology, and US History. I maintained a 4.31 GPA and scored a 4 on AP Biology, a 5 on AP US History, and a 5 on AP Statistics exams. My ACT superscore is a 34.

I enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects that may initially feel challenging.
