About Lily
I am currently in my fourth year of Earth and Environmental Sciences. I have a passion for teaching and saving our planet. As someone who has been in the school system for the majority of my life, I understand the different ways in which students learn. I always make sure to ask students the best way they learn in order to help them understand the content better. I also believe that my real-life experience in school allows me to understand what teachers are looking for with regards to a particular assignment, question, or project.

As someone who is still in school, I know how important it is to understand key concepts rather than memorize them. I will help walk the student through each of their problems and explain concepts when needed. I strongly believe that students should dictate the lesson and provide input as to the types of questions they feel uncomfortable with. I always encourage them to ask questions when confused as the student will get more out of the session by doing so.
