About Molly
I have previously worked as a private tutor, for Sylvan Learning Centers after school literacy programs, and as an online teacher working with foreign children learning English. In college, I tutored fellow students and underclassman in subjects such as public speaking, report writing, and sociology. I also maintained a 4.0 GPA during my 4 semesters at SFSU.

I try to incorporate things my students are interested in whenever we are working on a subject they struggle with. For my younger students, this can be as simple and fun as making up a game to play that helps them learn the subject matter; for my older students, it can be something such as a topic or interest that will help keep their attention. I believe the biggest challenge to most students is learning how they learn as an individual and I want to help them figure that out.

Details
To travel outside of my city limits, I charge a minimum of $5 for every 10 miles traveled. When cancelling a lesson, no fees/100% refund will be given if canceled within 30 hours of the planned lesson time. If canceled within 24 hours, there will be a charge at 1/2 the cost excluding any traveling fees; if the lesson is canceled within 12 hours of the lesson time, the lesson fee will still apply excluding travel fees.
