About Lachlan
As a young NPL Victoria soccer player, I’m now taking the first steps in my coaching journey, driven by a deep love for the game and a desire to give back to the next generation of players. Drawing from my own experience competing at a high level, I bring a modern, player-focused perspective to coaching—emphasizing technical precision, game intelligence, and strong team culture. I’m committed to learning and growing as a coach while creating an environment that’s fun, challenging, and supportive for young athletes. This new chapter allows me to share the lessons I’ve learned on the pitch and inspire others to reach their full potential.

As a coach, I focus on developing well-rounded players by combining technical skill training, tactical awareness, and individuality. My coaching approach is player-centered, aiming to build confidence, discipline, and a love for the game at every age level. Whether working with beginners or competitive youth players, I prioritize individual development, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential both on and off the field. Through structured practices, match analysis, and positive mentorship, I create an environment that challenges players while keeping the game fun and rewarding. Whether you're just starting out and want to learn or focusing in on few things to improve your game this is the place to be!
