About Amy
My name is Amy and I’m a 20 year old student from London, currently about to start my second year at the university of Edinburgh. I have tutored English and history to many different students from the age of 10-19. I am very passionate about trying to make others as excited about the subject as me!
I am really keen to teach language techniques, exam techniques and also how to look at unseen texts.
The books I have tutored for are: An Inspector Calls, Mrs Dalloway, Romeo and Juliet, Pride and Prejudice, Macbeth, Hamlet, Of Mice and Men. I have also done a wide range of poetry.

As someone who has always needed extra help to grasp new concepts, I can promise to be patient and adaptable for each individual students needs. I achieved 5 A* at A level, and really enjoyed English and history! Lessons are usually an hour but I am flexible.
