Being in the field of education since the past 5 years and teaching various children over the years, I think it is very important to remember and acknowledge that each child is very different and their learning styles are different as well. I believe in facilitator style teaching and adapting to integrated techniques when needed, I believe that each child has the capability to achieve if paired with the right teacher at the right time.
