About Charles (Pete)
I have a master's in educational psychology and while I have not taught regular classes in a school, I have taught many workshops, seminars, in-services, and coached individuals for decades. For international students, I understand where you are as I have learned to speak and read French and once considered myself fluent. I have not learned to spell French well, but am grateful for spell check :-)

While I can help with general English, someone who writes technical reports, i.e., court reports, goals, objectives, and treatment plans, as well as billing notes, will especially benefit from my lessons. Because I also speak French, native French speakers learning English may also find me to be a good fit for your learning needs. I'm also glad to do group presentations on writing contextually mediated measurable behavioral objectives.
