I teach the basics first. Giving the background to the topic that i teach, I proceed by refering to various real world applications that had led to the formulation and structure of the topic. As after gaining all the prerequisite, a student tends to grasp the concept well which i lay before them at a normal speed. Homework is the most important part of the whole process. If the student has no doubt relating to the topic then i proceed to the next topic.
