I’m Tambi Dadhich I have completed my master’s in Yoga science & meditation. I have 4 years of experience in yoga field .
In starting of my career I worked under two Yoga companies, Then after I did lot of workshops in corporate sector’s and one of them was Adani enterprises then I started my freelancing yoga classes Online & Offline.

I teach Hath Yoga , Vinyasa yoga ,Yoga flow ,Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga therapy , Parental Yoga and Meditation & Mantra Chantings. The duration may range for 1Hrs .
LEVEL OF YOGA :
1) Beginners
2) Intermediate
3) Advanced
Basic structure of class starts with mantra chantings then goes to light warm up and stretching , asana , pranayams and end with meditation. so as to include each aspect of the yoga practice in each session.
