I am a deeply syllabus-oriented teacher who teaches a student only what is prescribed in the syllabus while also giving out-of-the-book explanations wherever needed for greater understanding of a particular topic. I also believe in taking a test after the completion of a single chapter so that the student does not accumulate a backlog before studying for his exams.
