First i make sure the students like the subject and understand the meaning behind it. It’s a language and it cannot be learned or mugged up. I start with teaching basics like numbers, alphabets, etc. Then I keep taking small tests every week, whatever portion is done in the week. After basics I then go in depth with the textbook and make sure the communication happens in French.
