I have been a teacher for 18 years. I have a background in special education, so I know how to create and find work that is totally individualized for each student. I also have a master's and a specialist degree. I myself am always continuing to learn and researching new methods of how to best teach children.

I take the time to get to know the students likes and then find lessons that would grab their interests. I also like to continue to go over and refresh on what they have already learned. I find that spiraling back helps my students to retain the information best.
