About Viviane
Great teaching is not about being perfect, it's about being reflective. I am okay with students making mistakes, mistakes are a part of learning, dismissing them will discourage curiosity. I will listen to them and show respect. I will reassure them by showing them the clear steps to take and not leave them confused and frustrated. My rules will be to not lose patience with my students, because frustration could leave them anxious, and staying calm will build their trust.
