About Veronica
I am a very creative/artistic person who is truly passionate about yoga and would want to immerse myself in the practice. Teaching yoga allows me to express my creativity through class sequencing, themes, and the way I connect with my students. My aim is to share the beneficial effects the practice has. For example, helping people achieve their goals, whether it's increasing flexibility, reducing stress, or improving their physical fitness. As well as help people manage stress and become more mindful. Yoga provides powerful tools for stress reduction and mental clarity. Teaching yoga can be a path to personal growth and self-discovery. It allows you to deepen your own practice while helping others on their journeys. I believe in holistic wellness and want to promote a balanced lifestyle that includes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I'm passionate about helping people improve their mental health and overall quality of life through mindfulness and meditation practices often integrated into yoga classes. There's immense satisfaction in witnessing students progress, gain confidence, and take control of their health and well-being. Contributing to the healing of individuals with physical or emotional challenges, such as chronic pain, trauma, or illness, through yoga therapy.

My teaching approach is rooted in promoting mindfulness, strength, and flexibility while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all practitioners. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for personal growth and healing. I am dedicated to helping individuals on their yoga journey, whether they are beginners or experienced yogis. Specialising mostly in: Vinyasa (Dynamic) Flow, Nurturing Flow, Yin Yoga, and Chakra Yoga, as well as personalised sessions focusing on specific body parts, improving mobility and flexibility.
