About Luke
My Life has always been Martial Arts, From watching Bruce Lee as a child, to having an unbreakable bond with my sensei and wanting to spread the knowledge that I have gained so far along with learn a lot more. I Have done Karate for just over 14 Years, I have done Wing Chun for 2 years and have created my own Martial Arts style which is still growing called Ying Ruan.
Knowledge, Discipline and Respect is key for life.

I love connecting with my student, not only in terms of teaching but making them feel at ease when learning. I am very motivated to helping you achieve your goals. Discipline is key for a successful life, and I believe that Martial Arts is the perfect thing for that.
My average lesson length can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, or more if you need it.
I have taught all ages ranging from 5 upward and am always looking to cater the need of every individual student.
I also offer Fitness training for the first 5-10 minutes of every session. Fitness is a very important part of Martial Arts and Life.
