About the lesson

I have been doing hatha yoga since 2009, I have learned from renowned yoga teachers, such as silvia andreoni, ronaldo lopes, marcos rojo and danilo santaella. since 2018 I started the technique of combining hatha yoga with some self-defense techniques. techniques I learned in eagle claw kung fu and i chuan. our exercises improve physical and mental conditioning and provide a better quality of life.
