I have been practicing yoga for over six years now, with the past 4.5 as dedicated practice. I completed my 200hr teacher training in 2023, and now I am hoping to help others along their spiritual yogic journey as I move through mine!

I am Sol, a Hatha yoga teacher based in Ottawa. If you’re looking for private yoga instruction, I am a compassionate teacher with a passion for yoga and yoga philosophy. I am trauma informed, and currently studying to certify as a 500 hr yoga teacher.
