About Hassan

I'm a passionate tutor who holds a BSc in Physics from UCL and tutors Mathematics, Physics, and Science (O-Levels and A-Levels). I have been on an incredible journey of teaching and tutoring since the young age of 15. My expertise spans a diverse range of subjects, from the intricate realms of Mathematics and Physics to the adrenaline-fuelled worlds of outdoor wilderness training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! However, it's Physics that has always captivated me the most. The allure of the unknown, the mystery behind black holes, dark matter, gravity, and string theory has continuously fuelled my curiosity, driving me to explore and share these captivating concepts with others. Throughout my teaching journey, I've had the pleasure of helping numerous students unravel complex topics, but my students consider me more than just a tutor; I'm a mentor, a guide, and a source of inspiration for my students. Witnessing their transformation, as they not only grasp academic concepts but also gain newfound confidence and self-worth, fills me with immense joy and purpose. It's an unparalleled feeling, and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

About the lesson

My students often describe me as patient, friendly, and an expert at explaining challenging subjects. Embracing the art of effective pedagogy, I eagerly adopt various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring each student's success and growth. Several years ago, I took a year 8 student under my wing, helping him conquer the complexities of simple mathematics. From geometry to simultaneous equations, we fearlessly delved into the mathematical realm, turning challenges into triumphs. Witnessing his transformation from a discouraged learner to a confident scholar was a joyous revelation. Recently, he shared the incredible news—he had been accepted into his dream university, UC Berkeley!
