I believe in the Tao of Teaching and Learning used in Harvard's math classes. As a tutor, I help guide you to the solution and help you learn things in a way that makes sense to you! Instead of trying to lecture math at you.
A typical lesson will begin by briefly introducing what we are doing today. I will explain important terms as needed, and then we will jump right into practice problems to get some hands-on experience. We will stop at any point for more questions and end with a quick review of everything we did that session.
I am hoping to bring my enthusiasm for math and learning to you! I mainly focus on high-school level math but I can also teach any K-12 math or beginner college math!
