About Takekuni

Hello, my name is Takekuni, and I am a Japanese tutor with a strong academic background in language education. I am currently studying English language education and second language acquisition at Waseda University. Through my studies and tutoring experience, I have developed a deep understanding of how languages are learned and how to support students effectively.

I have experience working with students from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, and I focus on creating clear, structured, and supportive lessons. My goal is not only to teach Japanese but also to help students feel confident using the language in real-life situations. I carefully prepare each lesson according to the student’s level and goals, whether they want to improve conversation skills, study grammar systematically, or prepare for exams.

In addition to Japanese, I can communicate in English and Korean, which helps me explain difficult concepts clearly and understand the challenges language learners often face. I always aim to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

I take my responsibility as a tutor seriously and strive to provide reliable, well-prepared lessons that help students steadily improve their Japanese skills.
