About Kimberly
I just began my 10th year as a math teacher. I use my mindset of perseverance and resilience that I use during my running journey to help students of all levels. The skills we build in the classroom to succeed can be used to help us tackle all sorts of life challenges. All people can learn math with the proper mindset!

Tutoring is catered to the individual needs of the learner. I start by asking about prior knowledge to better understand where the learner is in their math journey. I ask for understanding throughout the session and always remind students that it is okay to ask for help/clarification. I tutor subjects from 6th grade math up to geometry.
