About Jasmin
I am a fitness enthusiast who has developed a genuine love for gym workouts and healthy living over the years. I am also a full-stack web developer by profession, which means I understand the challenges of a desk-bound lifestyle and the importance of staying physically active.
I started going to the gym out of personal interest and have since built a solid understanding of bodyweight training, gym equipment, workout routines, and basic nutrition habits. I believe fitness does not require a fancy degree; it requires consistency, the right guidance, and a positive mindset.

I am a gym enthusiast with a deep passion for fitness and a consistent workout routine. Even though I am not a professionally certified trainer, I have hands-on experience with gym workouts, bodyweight exercises, and basic diet habits that actually work in real life.
My sessions are designed especially for beginners who feel lost or intimidated at the gym. I keep things simple, practical, and motivating. A typical class includes a warm-up, a guided workout (bodyweight or gym equipment), and a cool-down with stretching. I explain every exercise step by step so you always know what you are doing and why.
My approach is friendly and non-judgmental. There is no pressure, no complicated jargon, just clear guidance and honest advice from someone who has been through the beginner phase and loves helping others get started.
Classes are suitable for any student, working adults, or anyone who wants to start their fitness journey with a supportive coach.
