About Andrea
I'm a 20 year old boy and sport has been in my life for 15 years now.
I practiced every type of sport (judo, swimming, basketball, parkour, climbing...) and then became passionate about the world of fitness more than 5 years ago.
Since then I have ranged and experimented with every form of training, from free body to powerlifting, passing through high intensity HIIT circuits, tabata using all types of special training techniques.
My passion for health and well-being has since grown to the point of making it my job.
