About Chloe
Music entered my life as a quiet companion and soon became a lifelong passion. What began as a hobby turned into a calling — to help others find joy, confidence, and identity through the guitar. Over thirteen years of teaching, I’ve seen how music transforms people — it builds patience, focus, and emotional awareness in ways few other disciplines can. I teach with empathy and enthusiasm. Each student’s journey is unique, so I focus on nurturing their individual style. Some are dreamers who want to play for themselves; others aim for the stage — and I’m there to guide both with equal care. I emphasize enjoyment as much as progress, because I believe music grows best where passion thrives. Outside the classroom, I perform locally, collaborate with fellow musicians, and occasionally record instrumental compositions. The guitar continues to teach me humility and expression every day, and my greatest joy is sharing that discovery with others — one note, one song, one breakthrough at a time.

The guitar is a language of emotion, and learning it is a journey that combines structure, rhythm, and freedom. My lessons are designed to help students connect deeply with music — not just to play songs, but to feel them. I emphasize both technical accuracy and creative self-expression, creating lessons that are as rewarding as they are instructive.
For beginners, we start with the basics: tuning, strumming patterns, simple chords, and rhythm exercises. These foundational elements prepare students to play their first melodies quickly, building excitement and motivation. Intermediate players explore scales, chord progressions, and improvisation techniques, while advanced learners work on performance, composition, and stylistic interpretation across genres like classical, pop, blues, and jazz.
My lessons blend practice with creativity — I encourage students to write short compositions, jam freely, and develop their personal sound. I also include music theory in an easy, applicable way so students understand the “why” behind the music. By the end of each session, they leave not only better at playing but more connected to the art of expression through sound.
