About Ernest

An academic of thirty years in a range of management and marketing with a practical approach gained in multitudes of consultancy. I have championed many successful learning experiences in which I motivated many students whose lives have been transformed. My approach is driven by the learner's desires and preferences in learning. I also enjoy diverse experiences which helps me relate with students and professionals from different cultures.

About the lesson

I use a very engaging approach in which I talk the learner through the concepts and then allow the student to seek clarification of the areas that may not be clear to the learner. Subsequently, I will then work with the learner to do exercises and case studies to complement the interactive session. Will support the student doing their tasks as may be required for their programmes.
