About Lena
With more than 3 years of teaching experience and a Postgraduate Diploma in French Language Acquisition, I specialize in interactive, group-based learning. My lessons are built on the use of online whiteboards, collaborative editing tools, and virtual breakout rooms. This keeps students engaged and makes lessons feel dynamic and relevant. I love creating project-based sessions where learners work together to achieve real outcomes. Remote teams especially benefit from this style, as it mirrors the way they collaborate at work. I’ve guided groups across time zones, helping them stay connected and motivated. Shared learning builds community and accountability. My approach is flexible, adapting to the needs of schools, professionals, and international teams. I ensure that every student feels included in the process. My teaching philosophy values communication, creativity, and teamwork. In my sessions, French is more than grammar—it’s a living, shared experience. Let’s make learning French both collaborative and rewarding, no matter where your group is located.

I believe French learning should connect to the world we live in. That’s why my methodology focuses not just on grammar, but on real-life topics like technology and digital services. Lessons include vocabulary for gadgets, apps, and online troubleshooting. Rapid-fire drills train learners to respond quickly and naturally. Interactive exercises make sessions fun and practical. Immigrant/Newcomer learners gain useful skills for everyday life, while Academic/Linguist learners refine their accuracy and fluency. I always balance structure with creativity, so learning stays motivating. Lessons adapt to each student’s pace and goals. We practice scenarios like asking for tech help, giving instructions, or explaining a device. Each activity builds confidence and independence. By focusing on practical topics, students learn faster and retain more. Technology vocabulary becomes a tool for real conversations. With this approach, speaking French about your devices will feel easy and natural.
