About Sierra

I am a Physics tutor with more than eight years of experience and a degree in Physics with Philosophy. I specialize in working with middle school students, guiding them through the first steps of understanding forces and motion. My teaching often begins with simple experiments that make abstract concepts concrete. For example, we might drop objects of different weights or test friction with sliding surfaces. I also use real-world examples from sports, cars, and roller coasters to bring the subject alive. These connections help students realize physics is everywhere.
