I mainly teach small groups of Hyporessive Gymnastics. My name is Paula Mediano, I have a degree in physical activity and sports science, with numerous training courses including Pilates, Yoga, Hypopressive Gymnastics, etc. I have extensive experience in the sector, especially at a therapeutic level: sword pain, cervical pain, herniated discs, reduced joint mobility, ecoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, lumbargia, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, etc.
