About Griffin

As a tutor at a Kumon center, Griffin spends a surprising amount of time tutoring individuals. He always makes sure that each student is able to do problems without his help by the end of the lesson. He knows that students don’t learn just by memorizing formulas and equations, and that they usually need to know why they work. So, he tries to teach them exactly that.

About the lesson

Lessons are hyper-personalized, so that students learn exactly what they need to do whatever they’re trying to do. For example, if someone were trying to pass a specific test, the lesson would use real questions from the test, as well as teach the skills necessary to perform well. These lessons are for anybody who needs to learn any math subject from basic arithmetic to calculus 2.
