About Samuel Raj

Dear Sir, I am excited to apply for the post of HOS/ HOD/HOY at your school. As someone who loves education, possesses excellent organizational skills, and can connect easily with students, teachers, and a new team. This is the perfect opportunity for me to continue my professional development. I believe that my experience and passion for teaching and mentoring would be the ideal fit for the philosophy and resources offered by your institution, and I am thrilled at the opportunity to join your team. I have been a classroom teacher for 3 years, a subject leader for 5 years, and an assistant to the HOS for 4 years. In each class that I have taught, 100% of my students passed their exams and improved their scores comparatively. On top of that, I received the Teacher of the Year award twice and was highly rated by parents and students alike. I enjoy the challenge of teaching students and staff academically but also helping them to thrive socially. As a team player, I have joined and participated in committees and school improvement projects to help build a better environment for students and staff alike. As a head teacher and the team leader, I support my team in growing mentally and conducting CPDs to develop their confidence in teaching and learning with new techniques I learned from my mentors and digital contemporary learning. Preparing the documents for the phases of the KHDA is my specialty, and my work makes me a strong leader who knows the pros and cons of teaching and learning at the place I work. Analysis of lessons and assessments and probing the learning and the educators for a better future and the betterment of the institution are my primary goals as a leader. About the lesson

I will handle: Literature Language Grammar Edexcel and AQA papers. Writing works like: Teaching structural writing compositions will be taught. Directed writings like: Diary, email, formal and informal letter, speech, article, account, interview, and report writings are taught in our classes from year 7 to 11.
