Even though I majored in law as an undergraduate, I spent much of my time reading traditional or classical Chinese, including history, poems, philosophy, and essays, which gave me a better understanding and grasp of Chinese culture than a large portion of Chinese-majored students.

Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient. Teach traditional Chinese history, poetry, and modern Chinese through English. I believe it is through both syntax and semantics that people can learn a language well. What differentiates me from other tutors is that I prioritize input and output; they should be carried on simultaneously. Especially, I emphasize the role of writing in the process of learning a foreign language, or any language.
