My approach to tutoring is tackling weakness first in the subject and advance from there. Building confidence is key to taking on new problems and that's done through repetition. I normally like to use the books examples as professors tend to create problems similar for tests and quizzes. I won't only improve your skills but improve confidence on the best way you learn.
