About Daya
I am a Biological Sciences graduate and currently a Graduate Entry Medical student. I have a strong academic background and enjoy helping students become more confident in Maths.
I have experience mentoring GCSE students and understand that Maths can be challenging when concepts are not explained in a way that suits the individual student. I am patient, friendly and approachable, and I enjoy breaking difficult problems down into simple, understandable steps.
I want to tutor because I find it rewarding to see students progress from struggling with a topic to being able to confidently solve questions independently. My aim is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing the skills they need to succeed in their exams.

I am a Biological Sciences graduate and currently a Graduate Entry Medical student with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed in Maths. I understand that Maths can sometimes feel difficult or overwhelming, particularly when a student loses confidence in a topic.
I have previous experience mentoring GCSE students and enjoy breaking problems down into clear, manageable steps. I am patient, approachable and encouraging, and I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and working through mistakes.
My aim is to help students strengthen their mathematical skills, improve their problem-solving and exam technique, and most importantly, become more confident when approaching Maths independently.
