About Marly Ann
I am a passionate Mathematics educator dedicated to helping learners understand, enjoy, and succeed in Mathematics. I graduated from West Visayas State University and am currently pursuing a Master of Education in Mathematics at the University of the Philippines. For more than a year and counting, I have been teaching Mathematics to elementary and high school learners at Iloilo Scholastic Academy, focusing on building strong foundations, developing problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and connecting lessons to real-life situations. My teaching approach is clear, patient, interactive, and learner-centered, ensuring that students understand concepts rather than simply memorize formulas. What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a supportive learning environment where learners feel confident to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and tackle challenges. I believe that every learner can excel in Mathematics with the right guidance, encouragement, and mindset, and my goal is to make Math less intimidating, more meaningful, and more enjoyable for every student.
