Graduated in Gastronomy by the SENAC University Center, with specializations in Functional, Vegetarian Gastronomy and Integral Use of Food by the same institution.
As well as specialization also in Functional Gastronomy by the School of Permanent Education of HCFMUSP.

In our classes I will teach you how to plan the recipes of the week so you do not have to keep thinking about what you will have to prepare for lunch and dinner!
You will also learn the different ways of how to prepare each ingredient - peeled or not, raw, cooked or grilled...
We will use affordable ingredients that you usually buy and leave in your pantry, so you can apply all the learning in your routine.
