I consider myself a facilitator who is not satisfied unless my students understand the subject of discussion and are confident about it, solving a couple specific homework questions is not enough for me.
My usual way of teaching is first figuring out how much can you teach me, then we together fill the gaps, review the principles, correct some mistakes, practice some problems that would require you to think out of the box and voilà, you are ready to go.
I can teach physical sciences, math and chemistry from elementary school up to undergrad university classes.
